Eduard Ghazaryan

Eduard Ghazaryan is a full-time Loan Officer and Closing Coordinator at iQRATE Mortgages, where he combines analytical precision with a client-first approach to guide families and investors through the mortgage process.

Born in Armenia in 1980, Eduard graduated from Yerevan State University with a degree in Mathematics. His career began in the gaming industry, where he spent more than 20 years rising into executive leadership, including serving as CEO. That experience honed his skills in decision-making, leadership, and managing complex operations—skills he now applies to mortgage lending with discipline and clarity.

Since moving to Las Vegas, Eduard has built a loyal following of clients who value his professionalism and consistency. At iQRATE, he plays a dual role: advising borrowers as their loan officer and ensuring a smooth, seamless process as the firm’s closing coordinator. His attention to detail and commitment to communication mean clients never feel left in the dark, even during the most complex transactions.

Outside of lending, Eduard pursues his passion for tax preparation at affiliate firm iQTAXX, especially during tax season. Many of his clients return to him year after year for both mortgage and tax guidance. This expertise in taxation makes him an even stronger loan officer, allowing him to structure loans with a deeper understanding of income, deductions, and long-term financial planning.

Fluent in Armenian and Russian and highly proficient in English, Eduard works with a wide range of clients and takes pride in building relationships that last well beyond a single transaction.
