Most people think you need a U.S. credit history for a loan. For foreign buyers, this is incorrect. The entire system is built on different pieces. I am David Ghazaryan. Think of your job letter, your pay slips, and your home country’s tax papers. You cannot do it yourself. A U.S. account is not optional, it is required. Open one right away to move your down payment money and to set up your automatic loan payments. You must plan for selling even before you buy.
